If you don't have it already, Download Adobe Reader onto your device. Adobe Acrobat Reader is the free global standard for reliably viewing, printing, and commenting on PDF documents.

Once downloaded and installed you are ready to proceed to the next step.

Please select the number of banks you are claiming against so we can give you the correct document.

The next step will explain what these documents are and how you fill them out.

The document will most likely open up in your browser. Click on the option that allows you to open the document in another app and select Adobe Reader.

This document needs to be opened in Adobe for you to be able to populate it and sign it.

Download our document using the links in the above step. This form may look overwhelming if you are claiming against multiple banks but don't worry, most of the information will be copied down across all pages to speed up the process.

Fill out the form by clicking on the fields and populating. Claim Form please fill in all lenders you are claiming against. Each of this bank will then need their own letter of authority that will be below.

In this step don't worry about the signature. This will be done in step 5.

Sign the document using your signature. We would prefer it if you wrote your signature on a peice of paper and took a picture of it through the Adobe app.

This is because the banks need a likeness of your signature as it needs to match the one they have on their file.

If you are joint signing this document please note that you can only store one signature in adobe reader, one will have to be removed to add another. You will still be able to have two signatures in the document.

Attach the document to an email and send to us at [email protected]. This can be easily done by clicking the 'Share' button within the adobe app.
