Your signed Letter of Authority will give Investor Compensation (IC) the authority to make a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to the Bank on your behalf for the purposes of determining whether you have a claim that meets the criteria of our Legal Partners. There is no charge for us to determine whether the claim can be referred to our Legal Partners. Once IC has determined if you have a valid claim that can be referred to our Legal Partners, we will contact you to outline your options. You will be under no obligation to pursue a claim.

Your signature will be added to a Letter of Authority, which will enable us to request information from your bank to determine whether you have a valid PPI claim. Once we have heard from your bank, we will let you know the next steps. There is no charge for this initial service.
