Generally very good.
The only issue I had was the amount of texts, emails and phone calls re the same subject on the same days.

only ever received text messages from you to ring you when i think you should have been calling me as you were getting a percentage of any monies i received

Process was effective but seemingly irrelevant paperwork arrived wherein IC should have held the information. Staff very polite and understanding. Slight confusion on my part as to what information was still required of me when online. Overall though a good outcome.

The results have been good so far but there does seem to be a lot of duplication where I am contacted to contact I.C. urgently only to be asked questions which I had given the answers to another member of staff previously?

it's not everyone who is good at emails/texting therefore your requests for a call was not always spotted. a letter my be a better way. you have only given me until the 14feb. to pay your invoice however I have NOT received the cheque from RBS and even when I do it will take time to clear!!
