I thought there service was great I didn't have a lot of the answers on the forms the banks wanted as it had been so long and i no longer had records from that time they had sent before so I just didn't bother going for the ppi until investor compensation came along and they managed to figure all this out and get it done for me so I'm very happy with the results

Throughout the whole process from start to finish they have always been helpful and professional.
I have had a few problems with one particular Bank and they have sorted this out for me.

30% should be inclusive of VAT. I am sure I am not the only person who beleives this should be added later as 30% soon becomes 40%.

You still needed a lot of account details to pursue a claim which you added as you state not needed as you will investigate further on our behalf.

All of the Agents I spoke to were very polite efficient, ,knowledgeable and helpful whenever I spoke to any of them. Written correspondence was also good.
However, i stopped short of giving 5 stars due to the amount of time it was taking me to get through to anyone on the telephone. I don't think your number is Freephone so the time I was listening to Voicemail and background music cost me money.
Apart from that I was happy with everything.
