They have won me two successful claims the second going to the financial ombudsman, they persisted I signed it and push for the second claim so glad I did they won me a staggering 19,500 they did everything all I had to do was sign, thank you very much to all the team

What they did was good but it took such a long time!! Originally started in2015 ...with the same information being asked for over and over again

I rated only average because it is very difficult to get to talk to someone on the telephone and not everyone is able to deal with everything on the telephone. It makes telephone calls very expensive and the computer is not always the answer when you need to sort things out. Older people are not always able to manage the computer that well. Also when you receive a cheque for PPI I do not understand why you take your cut from the original amount and not the amount that the customer actually gets.

We are disappointed to hear that you feel the service you have received did not meet your expectations. Here at PPI Claimback we always aim to deliver a high standard of service to our customers. Details of our fees are clearly provided before you sign up to our services. Our fees have not changed, what has changed is that it used to be on the customers to pay their tax on the amount they had received. However now Banks take tax out before the customer receives the cheque which is why our fees are applied to the original amount. Staff were and are very pleasant and helpful. They have all the knowledge of working for you to get the monies back that is yours from your PPI . They work very closely with you with information, questions and answers and are sympathetic with any situation that may be worrying you and are able to put you at easy and be re assuring . Re PPI - your service is excellent with regards to the staff who assisted in investigating with the various organisations to locate the information required and/or entitlement. The people who I spoke with on various occasions were courteous. I would recommend them to others.

They kept me updated on my claim on how it was going. By text or calling me or emailing me. The process did not take to long. Lucky I still had all my documents before shredding them. I didn’t think I was paying for too many months. When I saw how many months I was paying. I decide to make the claim. Very hfuk. I will recommend this company to others.
